Inc. Absolute Uniform Co. Inc. customers are granted a personal, nontransferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to copy images from the Site for the purposes of only internal distribution and evaluating the purchase or possible purchase of products from Absolute Uniform Co. Inc. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no images or any content from the Site may be used by or for any competitors of Absolute Uniform Co. Although Absolute Uniform Co. Inc. attempts to ensure the integrity and accurateness of the Site, it makes no guarantees whatsoever as to the correctness or accuracy of the Site. It is possible that the Site contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or other errors, and that unauthorized additions, deletions, and alterations could be made to the Site by third-parties. In addition, a hyperlink to a non-Absolute Uniform Co. Inc. website does not mean that Absolute Uniform Co. Inc. endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of the linked site. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use or download is free of such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other items of a destructive nature. You can purchase products and/or services on the Site. We accept credit cards issued by U.S. banks. If a credit card account is being used for a transaction, Absolute Uniform Co. Inc. may obtain pre-approval for an amount up to the amount of the payment.
You represent and warrant that if you are making online payments (i) all credit card information you supply is true, correct, and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you in the amounts posted, including all applicable taxes, and (iv) you are the person in whose name the card was issued and you are authorized to make a purchase or other transaction with the relevant credit card and credit card information.
Absolute Uniform Co. Inc. shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, severe weather conditions, labor disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, war risks, terrorism, shortages, cyber-attack, telecommunications or Internet outages, or any other circumstances or causes beyond the control of Absolute Uniform Co. Inc. in the conduct of its business.
Access to many parts of Absolute Uniform's online catalog is restricted to particular customers. If you require access to a part of our online catalog that is restricted, you must make an account and make sure to correctly fill out the "What will you be shopping for?" part of the registration page (this lets us know which part of our catalog we need to give you access to) and allow up to 24 hours (or possibly longer on holidays) for us to update your account with permission to enter your requested area. You will receive an email titled "Your Account Has Been Updated" as soon as we have granted your account its new permissions.
When a customer places an order online, it does not immediately relate to Absolute Uniform's inventory. Orders must be processed by our workers first, to determine which items are in stock and which items are ready (whether they require embroidery or heat transfers). After processing the customer is notified of the status of the items that were ordered, and if the order is not ready, how long it will take (approximately) until it will be ready.
In some rare cases, the customer may be contacted to see if he/she would mind us exchanging one item for another, if for example, the item they ordered is on Back Order and there is another item of comparable style, size, color, and quality that is readily available.
Items that are not in stock must be ordered from our vendors. We call this a "Special Order." Not to be confused with "Backorder" which is covered below.
If a customer Special Orders an item in our store, that item is then ordered by us from our vendors. Our system is set up so that all inventory arriving at our store is scanned, item by item, and if an item has been Special Ordered, then our computer immediately tells us that the item belongs to a customer (not part of our stock to be sent out to the sales floor). The item(s) is/are set aside and filed away for that customer, and the customer is notified as soon as possible that their order has arrived. Many times the item(s) will need to be embroidered or heat transferred first, and that will be done so before the customer is notified.
If a customer Special Orders an item online, much of the process is the same, however unless the item(s) has/have been marked beforehand as Special Order Only (see details below), the customer will not know whether the item is in stock, or whether it will need to be Special Ordered until after we have processed the order.
If you have a Special Order item on an Online Order that you have chosen to be shipped to you, we may at our discretion ship the in stock item(s) as soon as we can get it/them ready for shipping, and ship the Special Order item(s) separately. If we do choose to ship the item(s) separately, we will do so at no extra charge to you, as soon as the item(s) become(s) available.
"SPECIAL ORDER ONLY"
Products that are marked as Special Order Only are items that we do not keep stock of in our store, so we must always Special Order them.
The return policy on purchases made on items that are marked as Special Order Only may differ from our Standard Return & Exchange policy. Please click visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
Backordered items are items that are both out of stock in our store/warehouse, and are unavailable from our vendors at the time of your purchase.
If you place an order for item(s) that are on backorder then we will notify you as soon as we are able, letting you know the estimated backorder date and letting you know of any alternative items that may be in stock or available via Special Order that can be obtained sooner than the backorder date for the item you have ordered. You may return or exchange a backordered item as per our standard Return & Exchange policy.
If you elect to wait for the backordered item to arrive in stock, we will notify you of its readiness as per our standard Special Order process.
If you have a backordered item on an Online Order that you have chosen to be shipped to you, we will ship the in stock items as soon as we can get them ready for shipping, and ship the backordered item separately, at no extra charge to you, as soon as it becomes available.
As we are unable to display the status of our stock levels online, you may call our store at 972-572-9191 during our business hours, or email us at any time, before you complete your order to confirm whether the items you want are in stock, out of stock, or on backorder. Be sure to note the style/model number, size, and color for each item.
Minimum Order Quantities
Some items listed on our catalog may be subject to Minimum Order Quantities. This means the customer must order at least the indicated number of items from the same Manufacturer before Absolute Uniform can get these items for the customer.
If a product is marked requiring NO minimum order quantity, this only applies to the specifically marked product and/or with its specifically marked options (i.e. color or sizes). This however does not mean that if the customer desires Silk Screening, Screen Printing, or EasyPrint Heat Transfers (which always have a Minimum Order Quantities) that it can be applied to less than the required minimum for that customization. For example, if five t-shirts are ordered that do not have a required minimum order quantity, we cannot Silk Screen just those five t-shirts alone because the minimum quantity for Silk Screening is twenty pieces. Minimums on printing are per order, per unique design.
We indicate which items require Minimum Order Quantities with a notation on the page that the products are listed on. Currently, the only items that are offered on this catalog that require Minimum Order Quantities are in the Sportswear categories.
If a smaller quantity than the indicated minimum is requested, Absolute Uniform may contact the customer with two options on how to handle this:
 The customer may be charged a Minimum Order Fee. This is a separate charge that the customer may be required to pay after an order is placed if that order has not met it's required Minimum Order Quantity. The amount of the Minimum Order Fees vary from vendor to vendor and are determined after the purchase online. These are only charged to our customers to cover the freight and/or fees that are charged to Absolute Uniform when ordering small quantities from our vendors.
 The customer's order will be placed On Hold until the minimum order quantity for that manufacturer is reached. This can be accomplished either by a new order by the same customer, or an unrelated purchase by another customer that happens to be ordering from the same manufacturer/vendor. There is no guarantee of an estimated time frame when relying on an unrelated purchase from another customer, so for the fastest processing the customer is encouraged to either meet the minimum order quantity or pay for the Minimum Order Fee.
Estimated Time Frames
When an order is incomplete, as soon as we are able, we will give you an estimated time frame for completion. For example, 3 to 5 business days for embroidery or 7 to 10 business days for Special Orders. These time frames are approximate and are not always the same, they depend on a number of variables, including but not limited to whether or not the item(s) is/are available, whether or not your item(s) require(s) heat transfers, silk screen, embroidery, and/or any customization, and the flow of business during the entire process of preparing and making ready your order. We attempt to give our customers the best idea of when they can expect their orders, but we cannot guarantee those estimated time frames.
Estimated Time Frames are ALWAYS to be considered in terms of Business Days, even if not specifically stated. Business Days for Absolute Uniform Co. Inc. are only weekdays (Monday through Friday) even though we are open for business on Saturdays. Business Days do NOT include holidays that happen to fall on weekdays. Business closures for holidays and any other reasons are noted on the home page, catalog index page, our Facebook page as well as temporary signs posted on our store's entrances and exits and throughout our store.
Generally, if we cannot meet the time frame that we have given our customers, we attempt to contact them to give them an updated time frame. However, despite our best efforts and our best organizational skills, we are only human and mistakes can happen. If you feel we have not contacted you in a timely manner, or if your order is past due from our estimates, you may contact us via email any time 24/7 or you may call us during our business hours. When contacting us, please reference the name on your account (school uniform shoppers, please provide your name and the student's name), your order number, and state whether you placed your order online or at our store.
Requests for Quotes
When the customer chooses Quote for the Payment Method that order is NOT charged to the customer at the time of the online checkout. No payment information is collected at that time.

After choosing Quote for the Payment Method, when the order is completed online (that is, when the customer selects Confirm Order on the Order Confirmation page) that order is then considered a Quote Request. The Quote Request is then assessed by an Absolute Uniform sales representative, who will then contact the customer to follow up on the product selection, quantity, product options, customizations, and any other variables that may affect the total price.
Only when all options are finalized will the customer be sent an Invoice to be paid. The Invoice must be paid before any products will be reserved, Special Ordered or prepared.
Choosing Quote for the Payment Method does NOT reserve any products or services for that customer.
Customers are advised that they should NOT choose Quote for the Payment Method if they are trying to shop for something that is needed or wanted right away. The process for a Quote will take extra time and unnessary steps for both our sales associates and customers, if the only intention is to make a regular purchase.
The Quote Payment Method is specifically for customers who are inquiring about products & options that cannot be accurately priced up front on our online catalog. For example, when browsing the Sportswear or Retail Department areas of our online catalog, there are many products that may be customized, but there are so many different options to customize those items, that it is impossible to give a total cost before we communicate with the customer and figure in all of the specifics for each item.
Quoted pricing is only valid for 30 days.
Orders that have not been picked up by the customer after a full calendar year are subject to being considered abandoned, and we may at our discretion choose to return the abandoned products to stock, or to be donated if the items are no longer part of our regular stock. The customer waives all rights to refunds or store credits after this period. We will make every reasonable attempt to contact the customer about the order before this time period is up, but it is the customer's responsibility to claim the items that they have purchased in a timely manner.
We strive to make the colors shown as accurate as possible. However, due to the individual user’s monitor settings, calibrations, color printing settings, and lighting sources, the colors on your screen may not be an accurate depiction of the actual color. Screen images should be used as a guide only.
Also, some colors may share names, but have different hues and shades, especially when observing products from different manufacturers. See the image below as an example:
